2003 Kubota B7500 hst
Hi I purchased an almost new emax25m belly mower (I think it's made by ameriquip). I was going to front-mount it on my Kubota b7500 until I realized that the rotation is wrong!. ( I already have a mid to front pto setup https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kubota-owning-operating/418647-2003-kubota-b7500-mid-front.html) I can fix the rotation by mounting the gearbox upside down but does anyone know if that will cause a problem with proper lubrication? can the gearbox be run upside down? I also have a problem finding any info on the deck or the gearbox specs so I can at least try to buy a matching one with the proper rotation. I will try to call ameriquip and Mahindra on Monday but I thought I'd reach out here first.
Im including some pictures below

As long as you make sure that you have a breather up, I don't think you'll have any issues with it.
Good idea on the front mower.

Would it be easier to turn blades upside down until you found blades designed to run opposite direction

Hi Aaron. Thanks for your reply but I don't think this has a breather. Or I could just be blind and uninformed! Please be more specific if you get some time to write back.
Upon further research I think I found the manufacturer. It looks like this one ebay.com/itm/Superior-Gearbox-Company-J0424-90-Degree-Gear-Box-1-Diameter-Shafts-1-125-1-/263895659982 from superior gearbox co. in Missouri.
here is the manual for future reference https://www.superiorgearbox.com/wp-content/uploads/bevelgearmanual.pdf
It has a section that reads: "Shaft bearings are splash lubricated and
partially submerged in oil when the gear drive is mounted horizontally. After installation,
remove the dipstick and verify correct oil level. If no dipstick is provided, determine level by
any appropriate method. In general, the oil level should be approximately half the depth of the
gear drive (to the parting line) for horizontal mounting, or to the shaft centerlines, if mounted
other than horizontally."
The last sentence is giving me some hope but will try to call them tomorrow. I will update this if I figure it out

I tried to do that _thats the first thing I thought off_ but it doesn't look like its gonna work because the "lift" is eliminated ......I think!
It will be a while before I have a usable front mounted deck because I broke 4 bones on my left hand 2 weeks ago ...I flipped a side by side with no seat belt and now I have 4 titanium screws in my left hand :( .....I'm just trying to put a plan/parts together for when I can use power tools again....
I also realized the gearbox is mounted too low on this deck. it sits under the deck rather than on top and I thought this (mounting it upside down) would be a good way to mitigate both issues.

Just look under the pulley, if there is one it will be under there.

FYI. Just spoke to superior gearbox company. Asked for tech support but operator offered to help first and she did. She looked up the particular gearbox and said "no breather plug" and "can be mounted upside down without issue".
Thanks everyone for your contributions. I will post the built if it ever takes place
