That's what I thought too, but that's what popped up when I googled DPCV as I wasn't quite sure. Could be wrong on the name either way.

We know what we are talking about. Whether anyone else does is another question.... :D

The correct name for the check valves that you guys are talking about is a DPOCV (double pilot-operated check valve).

As far as the cushion valves that you have also been talking about, they limit the full capability of adjustment. You can never have the cylinder fully retracted and have the cushion valve do anything. I believe that it is recommended to have about 10% of the stroke remaining. ;)
