GC1720 MMM pin size

Ok guys. I have about had it with the factory pins/keys/whatever to adjust cutting height wheel placement. Raise the wheels to disconnect the deck takes longer than anything else for me to disconnect my deck.

Does anyone have a suggested replacement for the little buggers? Or does anyone know what size key/pin this little getters actually are?

Is the deck you have different than the 2325 I have for my GC2310?

Once on, I never have to adjust the height of my wheels (I use the height adjuster knob on the floor when necessary), and I can remove the deck without having to change them. I will admit they're a pain -- removing the circular clip on the end of the pins can be a bear; I do this on the rear wheels to put storage axles on for winter storage.

Where do you have your wheels set? Mine are just below the middle....

Same pins. When in use 3 holes higher. My deck is drive over, so every time I want to remove it I get to fidget with that circular looking pin/clip in the picture. My deck is down and off right now, otherwise I would simply remove the pin and head to TSC.

Just hoping someone knows the size or better yet has a link to order a more normal clip.

Hmm, I remove my deck often. I don’t ever raise the wheels.

Maybe I am not suppose to set them to the lowest position before backing over the deck. I’ll double check the manual.
