Just bought a M7060 with cab and Loader. Great machine. Plenty of power. Question ? whats the price to have dealer install front remote for a grapple.

You are NOT allowed to own a Kubota tractor, UNTIL you learn how to spell Kubota!! ha ha ha

Congrats on the new tractor. I've heard some quotes on here from members having it done at the dealership. But I don't remember any of them.

When I bought my M9540 I made a deal to get the 3rd function kit, 3rd rear remote kit and 2spd PTO kit at wholegoods dealer cost. Then I installed them. The kits are complete down to needed zipties. Detailed instructions with pictures.

The 3rd function was very simple to install. Comes with a different joystick handle that has switches. The tractor has a wiring harness plug-in already in place to plug the kit wiring into for power.

If you are mechanically inclined with standard tools you can do the kit.

Price the kit.

Then price the dealer install fee.

Then you'll know whether it's worth it for you to do it yourself.

+1.. Considering you dealer's labor rate. self installing is a good option. 'Kabota' instructions are always excellent.

I had the dealer install a WR Long 3rd function kit along with my Land Pride grapple. This was done - 4/12/2014. The kit plus instal - $1150. The grapple is a very HD Land Pride. SGC1560 - $3150. They still make this model. It's heavy - 820# - and, so far, completely indestructible.

On my L3560, it was around $1,000 which was install and the valve. Well worth the money, use the grapple a LOT.

Maybe that's why I got my B7610 at what many on here considered a steal. The seller misspelled Kubota in the CL ad.
Maybe the owner didn't even know what he had? Could be he thought it was a Chinese imposter, so he priced it low??? lol

I did mine on the cheap on one of my Kubota's. It has 3 sets of remotes and the most I use are 2 sets at a time so I softlined one set with a QD split at the loader and fabbed up a bracket on the loader cross tube. When I need the loader remotes, I connect the hoses and use the remote valve to run what I need run I think the whole setup was about 150 bucks and my time.
