Some folks cant find contentment. Luckily I grew up around a bunch of people that were content.
When spending is necessary so be it. But I do try to keep it to a minimum.

^^Agree. If you're never content, your gonna spend some money searching for happiness. (and probably never find it)

I don’t worry too much about short term loans like cars or tractors. If it’s going to put that much strain on the budget then don’t purchase in the first place.
If I had to do it again I would have bought a larger tractor the last time. I was trying to keep costs down , but after the fact wished i had gone bigger.

Paid all debt off about 4 days ago, everything has cleared. 100% debt free except the house now.

You can change your name one time, but I already changed it once and they changed it back because I didn’t like it so tech already changed it twice lol

That was a few years ago, would have to ask user support if they will let me change the name again. I doubt they will but who knows.

I plan to live like no one else now so later I can live and give like no one else. I’ll be 30 this year and setting myself up for an easy life past 40. I doubt I’ll have the house paid off sooner but who knows.

I don’t plan to. The wounds of stuff owning me, instead of me owning stuff was deep and won’t easily be forgotten.

There is an ancient word, that I partially forgot and had to relearn in the past year. I’ll be honest I didn’t really like the word, it took “fun” out of aspects of life but that word was..............NO. Lol

Should I buy another steer calf? NO..

Should I buy chickens this year? NO..

Should I buy another motorcycle after selling the last one back to insurance company 3 years ago? NO..

Can I buy a diesel F350 or 3500 truck to haul my 9500lb tractor around? NO..

Can I buy another compact tractor? NO..

It’s a word I have to use a lot now lol.

Later I’ll be a lot happier paying cash. Cash is King and Debt is Dumb. Paid off home mortgage has replaced the BMW as the status symbol for wealth.
