Must be that Canadian internet you're working with!

Man I dont even want to know how much shipping one of those curtains across the country would cost.

Each section is under 100 pounds I think.

Ha! typing at the same time

I have to ship the blades for my 52in step shear to be re-ground, its $40 a blade, and they aren't going that far!
I could have given them to you for free, TMGT but shipping would have been a killer.

Why couldn't you have lived in the US and on my side of it! You are very inconveniently located for me to get your cast off!

Maybe DE will drag a couple of these home with him. Customs and brokerage is excessive if I ship. Not so bad if they cross the border with the buyer.

BYW. A good way to ship heavy items across the country is through Fastenal. They will ship store to the store closest to your location via their own trucking. Apparently quite reasonably. (Hint)

Yup, I've used Fastenal a few times to ship heavy things, the last few times their prices seemed higher then usual though, but it's been a few years.

They closed the one near me but there's still one not too far away luckily.

Those are some sweet vises...........

A Beemer! Dang, now I just lost some respect for DE
Don't worry... wife's car. I drive a 2006 F-150.

For those who care... I put my wife in the heaviest sedan I know... 4500lb. Recipe... I buy a used 7 series coming off a 3yr lease for about 40 cents on the dollar and keep it 10 years and then sell it. Done this 3 times so far. '88, '98, and presently '08.

This next turn will work out to a $3K a year vehicle cost plus maintenance costs. Buy it CPO (certified pre-owned) and BMW doubles the warranty (years/miles).

She drives in luxury and I feel better about her chances should something go terribly bad. Works for me.

... Good thing your pic link is not working! I don't need to have it rubbed in.

Mark, pick up one of those Reed vises on your next haul. :D

Guys, If I upload pics directly from iPhone they fail as a rule. Sending to a desktop folder etc first always fixes that.
