Well I do have the best lake in ME just a few miles up the road, spring fed Lake St George but I still prefer the shower power.

We must have gotten more rain in the last 2 hours than we have in the last two months... it was coming down in buckets when I pulled into the driveway. If OldPath got it down there he'll be able to drive across his new bridge and watch the water run underneath it.

Of course my chainsaw was in the back of the truck so I had to grab that and put it under cover... getting completely soaked while doing it.

$50.00/yd of gravel is way high, around $8.00 here.

BUT, that's "pit run" gravel, yes? NOT engineered gravel, so they aren't the same thing and not of the same quality either.

Yes I never heard of engineered gravel, does HD sell that..............

Rain??? I got a few showers here and there, I've had humid sun all day but little cloudy now.

I was working about 70 miles away, just outside Milo. It rumbled for a couple of hours starting around noontime, but I was able to get my day in, had loaded and was just tying the ATV down when the rain started. It came down so hard that I had to decide if I wanted to get in the truck; or grab a bar of soap and get cleaned up for the ride home.
