Well since I guess you don't believe me here is some photographic evidence, not sure about the matching part... I guess they are both black, does that count?
Oh, and here is a picture of my bucket too so you know I have one of those... no match though .. its orange, sorry.
You missed the whole pallet forks with matching grapple thing. The pallet forks are not as good as a dedicated grapple, UNLESS you ALSO have a grapple on the forks like this,

standard.jpg

THAT is a matching grapple. The reason I keep saying "matching" grapple is, from what I've seen just adding a grapple to the forks isn't going to work NEAR as well as getting a grapple the right length with the right bend so they work well with the forks.

Did you notice that those that argue that pallet forks aren't as good as a dedicated grapple have never had a set of pallet forks with a matching grapple? (I had both at the same time)

SO, I guess you thought I was talking about winning a beauty contest with a "matching grapple"... ha ha ha

Now I'll address those that make back handed comments about me or my tractor. I guess they don't have nards enough to call me straight out. (this is not about you hunt4570)

I have 6 or more tractors that I've never posted a pict. of here, so to comment on my tractor being better than everyone elses, what one of mine are you talking about? I have more than one loader tractor and have done much of what I talk about here with more than one, so I guess maybe it's not really about the ONE I seem to picture quite often, as things I post about I can and do with more than just THAT one. BTW, I even have tinker tor tractors! lol

Did you ever think, that IF you had a bit more open mind, YOU could do the same things???

Yes then you can push dirt back&forth from point A to point B, excavator with blade or tractor with back-hoe can do much more.

They all do stuff... just different stuff..

The best tool for the job! I work for a large equipment dealer(large). The owner let me borrow equipment when I had some timber cut. The dozer will push stumps but much better with an excavator to dig stumps. I had a 680C case backhoe. It would dig great when it was running. I sold it when I got a new tractor with backhoe. It will not dig as great but it runs and great for what I now need. And I purchased to backhoe and the dozer for the same reason a lot of people here have said. When I need to do a job I want the equipment ready and not have to wait to have it trailered to me from the rental place or a loaner. I got a great deal on the dozer and it is paid for. It runs great and I can get parts at cost plus 10. I can push down small trees to clear more land with it. But I use my tractor with a grapple to carry the trees to be cut for fire wood or to the burn(compost) pile.
I have a friend that had a small dozer, sold it and got a skid steer. Does it clear trees as good? No, but it can sure do a lot more.
The best tool for the job for the tools that you have. I have a dozer, but it don't stack hay. My tractor is by far the most used equipment that I have. But the attachments are what makes it work for me. The FEL, bucket, grapple, 3pt, mower, disc, rake, box blade, grader blade, cultipacker, post hoe digger, etc. And as I need them, I hope to have more toys, tools.
I have a hay guy that says his goal in life is to have a tractor for every attachment, so that he doesn't have to change them out as he gets older. He is up to 4 tractors now.

My tractor does what I need it to do. I don't make it a point to repeatedly post about how if somebody else had the same setup that I do, they would be better off.
You've obviously worked very hard to get what you have, take care of it, and are able to fix things when they break. Yet you also constantly post as though your stuff doesn't stink, and that anybody who doesn't have what you do is lacking.

Furthermore, unless one of your tractors is named "Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang" I haven't seen anybody mention your name, so how do you know who they are referring to when they
comment on my tractor being better than everyone elses,

My grandson says he has the best tractor and I think he is right. It is a John Deere and it can out do anything. It was given to him by his Granddaddy and is about 6 inches long.
