On a sidenote. Does anyone make a vertical shaft Air Cooled Diesel for mowers and such?

A google search shows different manufacturers in China makes vertical shaft air cooled diesels.

Seems a lot of mower manufacturers like that vertical shaft configuration, but they are always GAS. As far as I know.
