Same thing happened to a guy that found a police installed tracker on his vehicle. He removed it and got charged!

It would not likely dawned on me it could be a police camera. Would have thought some hunter who was mistaken by where they were or they were poacher. If there was not built in tracker or you did not take it home to be found or admit it how do they know you removed the cameras or destroyed them leaving them in place or the tracker on the vehicle placed by the police?

So dress up for march to destroy or capture the woods as they are doing in the major cities...you would be left alone it seems and maybe supported by certain mayors.

Me too, but setting up cameras to watch us 24/7 without knowing is another level of privacy invasion

Amazing. I was surprised but....I shouldn’t have been. I’m such a bad shot a stray bullet might hit the one they might put on my property.

All governments, including ours, are oppressive, by definition. Get used to it.

The only solution is to shrink the govt. Both in size and scope. Don’t hold your breath. Won’t happen without term limits. If we have term limits for the pres, why not for the rest of the parasites? Way way way too many govt “employees”.

I went off to college (drinking school) in 1970. Remember the 60s? People say our country has never been so divided. That’s BS and an example of how bad govt. education really is. The 60s make this girly boy crap in Portland look like playground games. I remember The signs in the dorm windows in 1970 said, the establishment is corrupt. I had no clue, I sure do now!

Here’s a dose of truth.......

We live in a socialist country , like it or not. I’ll say it again, who’s not getting a “check “ from the govt? And no offense farmers, you are right there amount the rest of us. I have bigtime corn farmers in the family in central Illinois, lot of “programs”. But our socialism has a unique American twist. As an example, if you are on welfare, you get a 50% discount on amazon prime. Is this a great country or what. GE, a 25 billion $ co pays no taxes and the average age of a grandmother in some federal housing is....32 , hi granny.

On another thread someone made the point that yes, govt. spending is a waste etc etc etc but....we should all still follow the rules. That’s like the guy who just punched you in the mouth telling you to turn the other cheek. Ring a bell?

Here’s an ugly truth. Nothing’s gonna change, we all have way too much at stake, way too much to lose so we point fingers, apply bandaids and hope we make it to tomorrow. We are the establishment.

Young people are the only ones that can make real changes because they are the only ones with nothing to lose...except their future.

Anybody hear what the new redskins name is gonna be? I’m all for the Washington Spin Doctors.

Agree that if a camera showed up on farmland, a stray bullet would find its way there. Might be fun to walk up to it and give it the finger everyday, too. :laughing:

All due respect, but there is no way that this statement of yours can be true. Just because you don't receive cash payments directly from Washington doesn't mean you don't enjoy a whole slew of tax advantages due to your farming status. I sincerely appreciate farmers every time my kids eat some fresh produce or grains, but I also think it's good to be honest about the financial situation we've crafted in this country with the insanely twisted farm bill and many more programs.
