Wow that must of been loud when it hit, what was you doing when the storm came having dinner? I need my ceiling fans, so hopefully that nothing more at your place got damage, I hardly ever get a bad lightning storm here but I know it's nothing to fool around with like dont be outside leaning against a tree.
Thats a good guess but I'm betting a cup of coffee with donut that its ash, I like Dunkin with cream&sugar in mine, extra large.

You keep your coffee either way I don’t drink that stuff but it’s poplar. The fact that tractor actually lifted it and the green end is a giveaway.
Not so fast there hydro man, to me it looked like the bark was falling off. Ok ginger ale it is then................yea I win.

Maybe if you weren’t so busy forward and reversing with that clutch you could take more time to observe the trees.
A clutch gives excellent knee exercise and helps to burn unneeded calories, not to mention a gear tractor has more pulling power.....:stirthepot:
