Hard to reconcile how Mozilla must layoff 25% of their employees then a couple days later sign a 3-year $400M+ per year deal with Google. :confused2:
Mozilla Signs Lucrative 3-Year Google Search Deal for Firefox | PCMag
to build a better tracking system komrade........moving over to brave browser this weekend.......foogle....another cia project......different rabbit hole...enter at your own risk.....heh.....
I've used Firefox for years, and have been happy with it, including Thunderbird email.
Found out about a "newer" browser called Brave. It doesn't capture all of your info, emails, surfing, blood type, etc. Eliminates virtually all ads if you turn on the "shields" add-on included in the program.
And...it's amazingly FAST. I use Windows 7 on an older PC and it's twice as fast as FF. Also comes with VPN if you want to use it. Check it out.
Also, change your search engine from Google to Duck Duck Go. It doesn't capture any info on you when you search and click on a link. And it doesn't "steer you" to their politically aligned websites.
I became less and less impressed with Firefox, as "they" became more and more like everyone else.
^^^ That's going away also. The new versions won't accept the old 'addons'. There are some new 'extensions' but they're not the same. Why? Because G demanded it. G created Chromium which is the browser base that FF, Opera, Vivaldi and Brave all use.
You think you're using something else, but they're all G's Chromium with different paint and window curtains.
You are just full of bogus information today...LoL...!
