I will agree, there are some people in Law Enforcement who should not be, and also administrations that are totally chicken poop for setting up speed traps just to make money. I can think of several off hand.

Convince me of what?...I've not denied anything just questioned the percentages (i.e.. the effectiveness)...again...repeating something like a mantra does not make it so...sorry to burst your bubble...!
Too **** funny...!...For someone that claims to have a complete grasp of the matter...you constantly prove otherwise...a journal article? really?....all conclusive huh ??..LMAO...you are delusional...
There has simply not been enough time for conclusive or comprehensive testing...jumping to conclusions based on incomplete data is absurd but it's what you've done from the onset...The only thing you have proven is that there are several sources of the same or similar incomplete research...
Anyone that contests your absurdity all you do is rebut with a condescending diatribe implying inferiority to your omnipotence of an inexact, incomplete science project...
Show me real numbers comparing the number of people who were wearing masks and still became infected...show me the numbers...not just people that did not get infected because of masks and or other PPE.
You are the perfect exemplar of Monty Python's black knight in the Holy Grail...too funny...!
Again, If everyone spent a couple years as a police officer, their outlook on life would forever be changed. You will never see human interaction the same way.
Another reason it's BS for you to say you wish they would have busted you.
Not picking on you. Just making it clear that it was your fault. Not the LEO's fault for not busting you.
We haven't became a nation of "it's not my fault" overnight. This has been growing for decades....
I actually had an officer get flustered with me over a ticket when he was trying to cut me a break and give me a seat belt ticket instead of a speeding ticket. If you say so.....lol
When I pull over an adult without a seatbelt on, I inform them of the violation, then move on to whatever I stopped them for. Same way it is for many things. Same it would be if I was unlucky enough to work somewhere with a mask law.
Same way it plays out 1000s of time a day in the US. That absolutely is discretion.
Ayup. We don’t even look at cars until they’re 10-15 mph over. Even school zones we give 5-6 mph.
The inane questions help establish a baseline. It’s not always looking for “something”.
I walk around almost every vehicle I stop with a flashlight (at night).
I actually had an officer get flustered with me over a ticket when he was trying to cut me a break and give me a seat belt ticket instead of a speeding ticket.
I was in a work truck and the speedometer was apparently out of calibration.
So I was thinking I was a couple miles per hour over the speed limit. But was actually closer to 15 mph over. I was sure wondering why there were so many slow pokes out on the road that day (truck was a loaner while mine was in the shop).
Cop stopped me. After a discussion he said he was gonna issue me a seat belt ticket instead of the speeding ticket.
I asked for the speeding ticketHe asked why, and thats when I explained that the company I worked for had a zero tolerance policy on seat belt use. You get a seat belt ticket, you get canned.
He ended up just giving me a written warning. Then followed me down to the gas station parking lot after telling me to hit an assigned speed on the speedometer to help me get an idea of how far off at what speeds to keep me out of trouble for the rest of the day.![]()
How do you deal with dark tinted windows at night? Man, I hate those things. You can't see the other driver's eyes at a stop sign in daylight, how can you see inside at night?
