And yet you busted on Moss for derailing the thread, but did the exact same thing yourself by responding to my post. Go figure...

I'm an idiot at times, but not delusional.

If you can't laugh at yourself, you can't laugh at anyone else.

Get off your high horse...

No horse here at all.

Moss an I are fine.

You made a point of him derailing a thread after 600 posts. News flash, if you can't get it figured out after a couple of hundred posts on a specific topic, you never will . The reality is if you knew Moss at all (which I don't), you wouldn't of pointed it out to begin with.

Not even really certain why you needed to pointed out that you and Moss are fine. But it's nice you and him are fine with each other:thumbsup: Any difference between you and I that I can form the opinion that you can be a butthole like myself reading what you post online at times?

I'm at least intelligent enough to understand through my own experinces that my opinions (formed only by personal experiences) can be wrong in my thought process.

That's part of the reason why I like this forum when it comes to other things than technical information.

In my defense, I looked down at the speedometer when I saw the school sign, and I took it to litterally 25. Learned my lesson, down to 20 now. Since I had a loaded revolver in the car and had a rental vehicle with another states plates, with an East Cost drivers license, the only thing I could do was make small conversation and claim ignorance on not knowing all 6 chambers were illegal to be loaded since the gun wasn't in plain sight (I mean, why would you load a gun with an empty chamber?).

Learned my lesson, know ALL state gun laws inside and out. That said, as mentioned, it was a great learning experience talking to someone who lived there as a young LEO. He was kind of amazed that I would just be out there myself checking everything out because I loved the state's geology.

I leave one out of the chamber when traveling. And only carry and travel to states that except my conceal carry permit. If I'm on an overnight equipment watch in a sketchy area then there is a round chambered as well.

I did notice though that an Arkansas CC permit is one of the most widely excepted CC permits out there. From what I was told it had to do with the way the state runs it's classes and how they handle the background checks.

It might also have to do with the fact they won't honor an out of state CC permit from any state that doesn't honor theirs.

Last I checked, my permit was excepted by 36 to 38 states. The exception are 5 east coast states minus Maine and Vermont, 3 west coast states, 3 to the north of us and Hawaii. I always refer to a current CC map though before traveling just as a CYA

Look at the University parties going on at the start of this month. Univeristy has a massive outbreak of COV19, University now sends all kids home for online learning, and they still have to pay the full tuition.

50k a year to learn online????
Thats a big reason why there's a push for kids to be back in the schools. If not then there are gonna be a lot of people looking for refunds on their property taxes.

Does Vermont require a permit? When I was working out there 20 years ago I don't believe that they did, and neither did New Hampshire. Laws change over time yet CC laws have become less restrictive over time.

At the end of the day, all we have are our opinions. Your's carry some weight with me and some others I would presume.
