Well, our day just got brighter! Who says the power of prayers is not real! My daughter called with a very positive report.... 98% probability that it is NON-CANCEROUS ! They are scheduling a multitude of tests to try and pinpoint what it is, but suspected infection of some sort.

Traffic at 3pm headed into town to get laundry looked like peak rush hour, lots of cars
and trucks headed out early for holiday weekend.

Was surprised how heavy traffic was today. Even going to work this morning was heavy.
My outside digital thermometer acting up. Been reading in the 90s in the morning when it was way cooler out.

LS, you certainly have my prayers, Ellen is dealing with the same situation. She hoes at 9 this morning for a back up mammogram/sonogram. She has a small shadow. They think it’s from a calcium deposit years ago that was tagged, same area. But there’s nothing like peace of mind.

Ellen is certainly in our prayers.

I still have something of a “mess” using LTE modem to get signal then to Eeros, Airport, and Ubitiquiti Picostation. Good in vicinity of house but voids depending which way the wind blows at various spots on property.
Looking to possibly doing a combo of Unifi/AirOS for outside signal and get to tractorshed/cottage and then just Eeros inside.

My challenge is not being able to run cable from existing house locations to tractorshed or cottage due to concrete.

Was supposed to leave work at 2:30 due to staying late other days, got out at 4.

Did ribs in IP. Ok , but been disappointed in the ribs from Costco.

Don’t think I’ll look at transmission again, when all I need to do is pour in fluid.

62F and clear @ 21:00, high today hit 76F, overnight low expected to go down to 51F ... good open window sleeping weather ... :thumbsup:

Got hydraulic hose changed first thing, then started to work on cleaning out creek crossing and uncovering the woven fabric. That took quite a bit longer than I expected, as it was mostly all shovel work, not loader. Wore me out. Still a good bit more to do just to get it ready to set the culvert. Probably another day's worth at least.

Did manage to get one rhododendron dug up and transplanted this evening though. Had three sets of foliage on it ... nicked the bottom of the stem on one and buried it, so should be able to get another plant off of it next fall.

Grass growing like mad, probably should cut it tomorrow.

The Woman swung by the local pizza joint on the way home ... grabbed a small pepperoni pizza for herself, I had the hot sausage sandwich (with sauce and Romano baked on) and a garlic bun.

I thought I was going to have an easy day, especially since receiving the good news. I washed the truck, then leisurely changed the oil. Next I was going to put on a coat of wax.... until I got a call from the neighbor.....

Her horse was going to be put down in an hour, she asked if I could come over and dig a grave.... what am I gonna say..... so told the wifey where I was going and why...

I was about half way done with the hole when the vet showed up. Finished the hole and went around back to get the horse. Got him picked up and placed... covered him up and came home... all done in 3 1/2 hours.

My good deed for the day!

Filled transmission with official tuff torq transmission fluid. Took me longer to find my little funnel. Maybe tomorrow it gets reinstalled, if not too hot. I wonder how much the fluid will go down once the pump and motor fill.
