In keeping with the thread. It disturbs me greatly that much of our communication goes on in systems controlled by private corporations and owned by billionaires. Isn't that why AT&T was disbanded?
Google didn't work the other night, and I realized I didn't know how to access anything at all on my I-Phone without that working. I mean short of a telephone call or text They say apple knows every ap you have opened and on what device you opened it.
When they invaded Iraq, the first thing the US did was kill the phone system via a back door they had the manufacturer install. If someone wanted to perform a coup in the US, and disabled Google, FB and Twitter, how would anyone communicate or know what's going on? That really worries me.
