Now, see, I KNOW it said that yesterday because I looked based on this thread. I was certain the blade was included.

Look at the item listing again today and see what it says for you.

this is why I make sure my extension cords are made in USA and my surge protector strips are all by Tripplite.
But even Tripplite appears to have a few problems, I read the bad reviews too and there are a few of them complaining of surge protectors not lasting
long or burning up. Not lasting long I can appreciate, they are supposed to die to protect other devices, but burning up? Circuit breaker should have shut down first,
and internal wiring heavy enough not to be first point of failure. That you clearly don't get for four bucks from Hunan province...

Agreed. You should always buy Made in Canada for sure.

I just looked it up online a few minutes ago and printed what I found.
12 inch Freud Diablo finishing blade isn't cheap, hope I got some existing stock where blade was included.

12 in. Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw with LED & Laser Guide

A good blade is what makes the saw. I use a carbide tipped, high tooth count blade in my miter saw and it makes a tremendous difference. Cuts easier so the saw seems to have more power. Cuts smooth with no chips or splintered edges. And lasts a long time. It's well worth the extra expense of a good blade.

Thanks. Always curious how the "combo" blades do. I put a Freud Diablo combo blade on my Skilsaw, not crazy expensive for this one.
Amazon was 48 dollars, little cheaper than Home Depot or Ace. Yes, would likely last me my lifetime considering my low volume.

I'm happy to hear that people have actually gotten boxes from HF without dents. I'm sure at some point I'll be buying another one.

I have a 12" DeWalt sliding compound miter and it's worked fine for me. For a blade I would suggest the DeWalt combo pack. It's a 80 tooth and 24(ish) tooth blades for like less than $40. They call it a construction pack but you can use the fine blade for pretty much anything wood related.

Has anyone actually bought a tool box from HF that didn't have a dent somewhere on it? Both of mine did. I straightened them myself but it seams like a common theme.

I bought the 4 drawer tech cart and it did not have any dents. Maybe because it's way less weight than the big ones. I really like the cart. If I did get one with a blemish I would ask for some money off instead or even a gift card as that saves everyone hassle in the long run and lets face it, the unit is gonna get marked up.
I also bought the 4 drawer tech cart during a sidewalk sale. Manager sold it for half price. I think I paid about $85 out the door! I asked what was wrong and she said it was a customer return because of water damage to the packaging. Looked fine to me and she said return it if any concern. I bought it, assembled it, and not a blem. I'm a happy camper... love it.
