IF you own a freezer......

I assume all the ones with circuit boards still cycle on and off with about 4 degrees difference just like the others? I bought what is my second garage freezer at the start of the pandemic when all I could get was a Maytag. It had a bad circuit board from the start. Instead of having a simple dial, I press a button to select from one of 3 pre set temperatures. Most of us that buy basic garage freezers want something simple, but they seem set on giving us features.

More features (even if unwanted) more money. I just hate the built-in obsolescence. Simple and repairable makes them less money. If they sell me junk once, they will never have the chance to do it again.

Sirloin for me. A lot of people do not like that cut, but I like my steaks lean and cooked medium. Cook a sirloin past that and the dogs can chew on it. :dog:

My preference is ribeye but sirloin can be excellent if not overcooked.

Even a Round Steak can taste good when cooked in an Instant Pot.
