New Holland T70
Clutch pedal started sticking a while back causing jerking and popping of the clutch.
I took external control linkage apart, they looked pretty worn, cleaned and attempted to smooth parts out with 400 grit wet/sand paper, applied grease then reassembled.
Worked great for about two weeks now right back to doing it again.
Has anyone had any luck finding aftermarket parts for this?
I'm afraid to see what New Holland will charge.
Thinking about drilling, tapping and install grease zert. Anyone tried this and if so did it work?
Thanks
Rich

What type of transmission do you have? Shuttle shift?

You need to look at the parts at New Holland. Assuming that they are expensive without doing the search?

The bushings for the pedal are $13.00 for the pair. The Lever that passes into the transmission housing and attaches to the bearing yoke is $28.00. Do you really want to pull everything apart multiple times to save a few dollars?

If there is a mechanical linkage connected to the pedal and not just a heavy spring and potentiometer then yes, it is a mechanical shuttle transmission.
Highly likely is the release bearing sleeve binding/seized on the transmission input shaft carrier. Unfortunately if that turns out to be the problem, splitting the tractor will be necessary.

not a shuttle shift, standard trans. with forward and reverse as a stick on the left side of seat.

Which is a mechanical shuttle transmission. Every TN can be accurately described as having a shuttle. The adjective "power" or "mechanical" completes the description.

Since the OP stated that the forward/reverse lever is next to the driver's seat, it would be a mechanical shuttle. The power shuttle uses the electronic shifter on the steering column.
