The reel looks like it's from Princess Auto.
Interesting question. Google turned this up from an OSHA letter:
NFPA: National Fire Protection Association

I bought a product at autozone or somewhere for polishing your headlight lenses, like a kit. BMW dealer wanted $150 each.
It took a LONG time but in the end, almost perfect. Do one completely then look at the difference.
You could probably cobble something together yourself, it was 90% rubbing and 10% compound.
Easiest method is spraying some 100% DEET bug spray on a rag and wiping the lenses. Takes about thirty seconds per, and theyæ±*e like new again.
Just curious how long that lasts? I've seen them use wd 40 and it works but does not last very long.
Yesterday, on a show called ricks restorations or something, they restored a big antique fire extinguisher that used a compressed air bottle inside a much larger bottle filled with baking soda.
You pierce the top of the compressed air bottle which forces out the baking soda. Once it's on, it's on, no stopping. Used at airports in the day.
