Nothing I've ever seen in TBN in almost 20 years. I'm guessing it's specific to your machine. Silly question, but the first thing I'd try is to clear your cache and cookies, etc... then reboot. Have you done any of that yet?

No. It will disappear when I try to put my cursor on it. Then reappear below my cursor. It's like it's trying to stay ahead of my cursor. If I click in the Reply box, it disappears for a few seconds then reappears a line or two below.

If you're familiar with how HTML works you might have a look at the page source and see if you can (ID) find it...however it may be script generated and won't be found in the <body>...

Also, have you tried a different browser? Try that and see if it goes away. If it does, that narrows it down to the browser where it's happening.
