Might be a frozen hydraulic line in the drive circuitry.
Heat might be a cure.

I was thinking this, but he says it cuts out instead of bogging and stalling, and other hydraulics work. Anything is possible.

Yes, but...can you normally drive (move) tractor while standing up, not on the seat? With many tractors you can’t. The tractor knows this by monitoring seat switch and pedal switch. If seat switch has failed, and you press pedal, tractor thinks your not in seat and cuts out.
Do the seat switch test listed in the manual by operating PTO, but stay seated. If seat switch is bad and thinks your not seated, tractor will shut down.
This will prove it’s the seat switch.

This morning I put a tarp over the tractor and heated everything up for an hour or so.
The tractor is running and moving.
I'll call the dealership tomorrow to get an opinion as to what caused this situation and let the forum know as it might help someone .
Thank you all!

My tractor will stall if I try to move it and the parking brake is not fully disengaged. Perhaps yours is not disengaged fully either? Maybe parking brake switch is out of adjustment if you have one on your Bota.

I called my Kubota dealer just now.
There is a seat switch !
It is a white plastic lever , a couple of inches long and about as thick as a pen.
I had seen it when trying to discover one, but obviously didn't recognize what it was.
I routinely fold the seat up, but during a past storm that area filled with snow .
Will spraying a small amount of WD40 eliminate the moisture.
Somehow I remember hearing that WD is not suggested in some circumstances.
Thanks for all of the thoughtful responses!
