Man, for $150 I would for sure give it a try. People seem to love the piranha too, or really, whatever tooth bar they go with. My 2 cents would be that the piranha is slightly more efficient for saplings and brush removal, whereas the conventional toothbar digs dirt a bit better. They both work well.
I did first buy a ratchet rake too. It was helpful for scraping saplings out of the ground and making smooth trail, but not being able to use the bucket was a total buzzkill, and now it just sits in the barn.
