Hmm. I think you're correct whether you be a vampire and live for 400 years or you got hit by a bus at 34. Plus all of those people that would populate the earth if we all stayed the same age would be kind of a yucky place to live

I think it's so when building houses for sale one has to use inspected lumber but I thought house were inspect when they are being built so there wont be any issues for the buyer. Wonder if inspectors are being used when new vehicles and or tractors are being built, like dont put that engine that way it will have to come out to change oil......

I've never had an inspector look for a grade stamp on lumber, and I have worked with LOTS of inspectors over the years.
