Ever had your jeans so hot you were afraid to stand up?

Good evening all 65F for the start,overcast, breezy. Windy today, overcast most of day, and high temp was 73F. Yesterday had reaction to second shot, low grade fever symptoms did not do anything or eat. Today woke up feeling better, conserved energy in morning, and took short 10 mile bike ride in afternoon. would have ridden further but too much wind. Don't forget DST clock reset !

Poured first cup of coffee. 33° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 45° with plenty of sun. Cannot figout what time I should be using. Some clocks did DST reset no problems others are off by an hour. Hopefully I will get it straightened out by tomorrow morning. Got tools and stuff put away where they belong yesterday. Need to clean up the floors yet. May get to that today. Maybe some NASCAR in afternoon.

RNG, great picture. My problem with a wood burning fire is smoke follows me wherever I sit. Even if wind is at my back. I bought a 24" propane operated one over the winter. Hope to get some nice evenings on back patio this summer.

Buppies, good to hear you are feeling better.

Mostly, I have same mailbox chime. Got tired of changing batteries every couple of weeks.

Since the new computer boots up in about 17 seconds, I usually turn it off now. A new phenomena.

I had to check my computer start up time. About 17 seconds also. Since getting it I have been shutting it down at end of every day.

After comparing countless ride on mowers on the internet I was surprised to find that John Deere may have the best option for what my wife wants with their X127. Will try and have a look at one next week as my contribution to stimulating the US economy

Good Morning
It’s 40 headed to 50 with clear skies today.

Trip to Hilton Head went smoothly yesterday, wasn’t too ambitious when I got home. I did see that the tarp covering the 15’ Progressive turf mower had blown off, so I untangled the paracord that once secured it, and drug the tarp out and folded it up. Discovered it had a flat tire that was off the bead, so jacked it up and inflated the tire. That was all that I got done.

Today’s trip to Vero Beach should be an easy day as well, but not likely to get much done this afternoon when I get back, even with DST kicking in.

One more trip on Tuesday, then it’s back to the quest for vaccine.

Actually yes. When I was putting up my garage door openers I had an electric space heater on, I thought I was one step off the floor but it was two. I stumbled across the floor, hit the wall really hard and fell down. I was dazed and planning to sit a bit to get my wits back. Then I smelled hot denim! I jumped up and thankfully nothing was on fire. It blew the breaker leaving me in the dark with a smoking butt. Totally destroyed the heater.

Glad to have the clocks catch up to my schedule...always seems that in Autumn, I never get out of the Daylight Savings Time schedule.

Hand dug wet sand/pebbles out of the creek yesterday and filled FEL bucket 3 times...It has been so wet this year that I made a long rut in my woods path hauling firewood with the tractor...so decided to fill it in with what mother nature provides next to my bridge after every flood. Now I have 2 big oaks to cut and split and bring back along that part of the path.

good morning all. Thanks for reminder on DST, the funny thing is my new pc is off by an hour. I think it must be set for CST, need to figure out
how to change it.

Seem to be having some reaction to my 2nd Moderna. Chills during the night, woke up with sore arm. Feeling a bit achy, headache, and generally blah right now.
I am so with you, last night was miserable, woke up constantly, arm not so bad but sure have the fuzzy blahs too. But like Wingsrpd says, if that means it's working,
fine with me.

37 going up to 53, nice sunny day but red flag fire warnings are now up. Hard to understand when ground is still muddy...

I use until it needs password. As soon I enter password it is a blink of a eye to home page. My home page is DuckDuckGo. Not much to load. Hope you feel better soon.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Clocks are reset with new batteries also smoke detectors and steps walks clean off from 1/2" over night snow.

Plans for today...putter mostly might watch some nascar,good chance taking slow roll country ride and enjoy smooth cigar.

Good morning all

26 now high around 40 and sunny this morning. Cloudy this afternoon with possible snow showers/squalls. Winds again this afternoon NW 20-30 with gusts of 40-50 possible.

Took the snow plow off and put the loader on yesterday so we should see a major snow event soon!

I hope those of you experiencing reactions to the second shot feel better fast.

Not much planned for today just putter around and conserve energy.
