I have a Grand L6060, Open Station, ROPs, 4x4 HST Plus Transmission, loader, 3 rear remotes, top and tilt kit, 3rd Function Valve, R-4s with only 36.1 hours on it (may go up before sale or course). Bought it in June of 2020 but had to wait for about 10-12 weeks for it to be built. It’s always 100% garage kept and has never spent the night outside.

I custom ordered this because we planned to keep it forever. I’m an active duty Air Force Officer, 17 years and counting. We got unexpected orders to move to Europe. We thought we had 1 last move and had planned to move it with us someplace south.

Anyhow I either have to pay to store it for 4 years or sell it. I cringe at the money I’ll lose but it will cost me a small fortune to pay for storage for 4 years. Not to mention how hard that would be on everything sitting that long.

Anyhow when I sell it, it will be the deal of a lifetime for someone. A complete dream package:

Probably more I’m forgetting. Anyhow I have well over $60k invested. We were clearing land on our property for several years and had a 60hp skid steer and 40hp tractor. Thats a huge list of 3-pt attachments - many of us considering upgrading would already have a decent stable of them. Would you consider selling the tractor alone? Or maybe, with just the trailer and grapples?

I would, problem would be that I wouldn’t have any way to move them if I sold the tractor and trailer separate. And we are moving in 2 months so that doesn’t leave a lot of time to make arrangements

Update** I had a couple of TBN members concerned that I could be a scammer. I assure you I’m not a scammer. I’d be happy to talk to anyone interested over the phone or in person. The tractor is on our property, in my garage (as you can see in the photos).

We were expecting orders to move to Warner Robins AFB, Georgia.. not Germany. We were planning to retire in the Warner Robins area which is why I didn’t mind buying this tractor new. We never dreamed we’d get this assignment overseas.

If you search on here you will see I’ve been an active member for several years in the Kioti and Kubota forums. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like photos of anything specific.

I have everything you need to clear and maintain property. Like I said I bought all this as an investment to keep forever.

I use the log grapple to pick up trees and hold them at waist level to buck into firewood. You can cut an entire tree, without bending over, pinching your chain, digging it in the dirt and do it super fast. We heat our home exclusively with wood in the winter and this make processing firewood so fast.

The tree and post puller is amazing to pull out honey suckle, shrubs, fence posts, brush by the roots so it doesn’t come back. This is a life saver for fence lines.

I don’t have to go into details about how awesome the EA Wicked Root Rake grapple is. Just read about it. This is a must for all types of property clean up.

The box blade with hydraulic scarifiers, combined with the top and tilt kit is also amazing.

Forgot to mention it has the European quick hitch hook ends so you can hook to any 3 pt at any angle effortlessly.

I researched all of this extensively before buying to make sure I was buying quality equipment.

If you are certain that you will retire in the South Georgia area, you might be able to ship, and store the tractor (or everything) somewhere in that area.
You could likely arrange a U-Ship pick up and delivery, but would obviously need to also have a storage location pre-arranged.
I assume that you might have been previously been stationed at Warner Robbins, and are familiar with the area.
Taking a bath now, and then paying 4 year future inflated prices, might not be the better idea that you currently think it will be.
I store my two tractors for 6+ months of each year (FL snow bird) with no negative effects (tires off floor).

As an example of value:
I bought a 251 hour, original owner 2006 Kubota L48 TLB in June of 2019 for 32K, and now 21 months later, I believe it to be worth 3K more!
Of course, I am a long ago USN pilot.....so what do I know?....If long ago I had been smart, I would have first researched..... best service golf courses,..... and would have never experienced the "joy" of carrier life.

I appreciate the input. I travel to that area regularly for work. Also considering the Pensacola, FL area as well but real estate prices there have gone mad the last few years.
Both locations have what I do as a Program Manager.

My oldest son will be a Junior in college here in OH so I could store it here and just have him go start it once in a while.

However, the storage places I’ve called here locally are $125-200/mo for something large enough to fit it which would be $6000-9600 just for storage.

So storing is our backup plan but not ideal.
