May not have an option for travel which would apply those do.

I stood on my porch and looked around for hours. I didn't see a virus so there is none, just people dying when they would have anyway. o_O

Plenty of mask holes around here who think their cooties wouldn't affect anyone else, and what better way is there to fight a disease than by sheer force of will? :sneaky:

My wife and I got our shots at the Denton County mass vaccination site at Texas Motor Speedway. I was pleasantly surprised with how incredibly well organized it was. It took us 30 minutes and that included the 15 minute post shot waiting period to check for reactions.

Rarely have I ever seen such a large group of people (EMT's, volunteers, FEMA, National Guard, Police, medical staff) work so well together and be so well organized. Usually it's a cluster-cluck of ego's and confusion. Kudo's to the organizers and folks manning the vaccination site. It's refreshing to see an effort run so well.

You know what is so sad about this is that none of those people had to die, we have treatments for covid that work, several actually, and no one will tell you that. CDC won't tell you that, most local health agencies won't tell you that. Just wear your mask and wait for an experimental vaccine which may or may not work and may or may not have long term side effects.

Here's some further reading on treatment protocols and Ivermectin.

Those who take a vitamin d supplement regularly have almost no chance of death or even severe symptoms. The doctor that I go to recommends 4000+ units a day as a preventative measure.

For those who do have severe symptoms and/or are hospitalized there are several existing drugs that work. This causes inflammation and clotting/thickening of the blood in some patients and we know how to treat both of those things.
My doctor recommends 5000 units a day for my immune system, I'm 78, I did not know it was effective against this covid crap.

I believe the vit D has been suggested that it boost the innate immune system response. That is the first immune response when a foreign body makes it's way into the body, so in theory, the body would overwhelm the initial infections, before it gets a chance to make headway and produce enough copies to overwhelm our bodies immune response.

Yes people die everyday. How observant of you. My son works as a nurse in a Covid unit in Dallas and people are misdiagnosed all the time. Doctors kill more patients every year though misdiagnosing than people dying in car crashes.

And if you want to wear a mouth diaper that doesn't protect from a virus that is your right. Just don't impose your fears on others.

The Spanish Flu of 1918 also had doubters that didn't want to wear masks or other precautions. We now know that it would have helped. Too bad we don't learn from our mistakes.

I have never worried about death from flu or measles or polio or many other diseases but I still got the vaccinations to prevent me from suffering the symptoms and spreading them to other people, especially those who it could harm the worst.

Polio and many other diseases have been almost extinct within our lifetimes because of vaccines and people willing to take them. Lately, there have been outbreaks of measles and other diseases that we considered extinct in our area because of people unwilling to take the vaccine. I consider this very inconsiderate of those who refuse to take the vaccines and possibly contaminate and sicken or kill others.

Yes, you have the legal right not to take the vaccine but should we not have the legal right for you to stay away from others to not risk spread of the disease.

Doubt it. The numbers have been skewed because many deaths have falsely been contributed to covid. Substitute flu for covid and realize that how overblown this mild virus has been.
Hospitals quickly realized that attributing anything to covid gives them more money from the fed gov't.

The only thing Covid is a true killer of is:
1) Flu
2) Cancer
3) Heart disease
4) ability to think
5) Logic
6) Common sense
7) Economy
8) Jobs
9) Businesses
10) Human connection and compassion.

I'm not getting the vaccine nor do I wear masks. I support the freedom to do it or not to do it.

WHO admitted on Bloomberg news (8/3/20) that covid death rate is 0.06% and most of those are in the high age group.
You know, you keep calling this a mild virus and comparing it to the flu. In our circle of family, friends and coworkers, 37 people got it and 4 are dead. They wouldn't be dead today, had they not gotten covid. In my 60 years, I've never known anyone that has died from the flu. Not 1.
