Smart buy. The Motorola is a top of the line phone for a bottom of the line price. It gets "best deal" ratings everywhere. My wife has one, and loves it. It has a slot for a micro SD card, so if you get short on storage you can expand it.
I have a 4 year old LG Stylus 4, and use it for a lot of different stuff. I have a cheap set of bluetooth earbuds (Skull Candy, I think) and listen to audio books or music while I'm working outside. On the tractor, I have to wear muffs over the ear buds to cut tractor noise. I put a 64 gb micro SD in the slot and loaded my entire music collection onto it, so can also listen to music.
For navigation I use Waze, which is really handy out in the country where street signs are nonexistent and the house number is on the other side of the mailbox.
I subscribe to AVG antivirus, cleaner, and VPN. You really shouldn't use public WiFi without VPN, which encrypts stuff you put over a public connection. Set up your lock screen with contact info. If somebody finds your phone, you may actually get it back. The "Find My Phone" app is handy if you want to go looking yourself.
It's handy to have a camera. I configured mine to store stills and video to the microSD card, so have plenty of space for that.
I do NOT have Facebook on the cell phone because it's too intrusive and a resource hog. I do use Messenger.
When I replace the LG, I'll look closely at the Motorola. I picked the LG because it's made in South Korea, not China. Motorola is a Chinese company, but most of the assembly is done in India. I dunno. Generally I avoid doing business with hostile nations where possible.
