I had no good way of parking my subsoiler other than just laying it on the floor, and it was often in the way. So I made a rolling stand.

I had some secondhand 2.5 inch castor wheels that I welded on and a short backer plate so I wouldn't set it to far back and miss the uprights when setting it down. All the steel is 3/16 x 1.25 x 1.75 inch ~ ...

It was a good way to kill an afternoon doing some fun metal work.

That's a nice looking one too.

The steel I used for this project was definitely cheaper than todays wood prices. I bought about a ton of scrap steel at a silent auction for $180 in 1990.
