Tropical Storm Warnings Up -- LA, MS, AL

Storm hasn't fully formed or been named yet, but is expected this evening:

POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE RAFAEL

We had 7 warnings and one strike that did a fair amount of damage last year. I'm hoping this year will not be as bad.

I am editing this to say that with the covid last year the hurricane was the most exciting thing we had last year but I still don't want to do it again.
