Nothing specifically. But without patent, the profit margins aren’t there. Use the liability lawsuits to justify why you are leaving the market and cast doubts on any who are still manufacturing - and say “don’t buy that stuff the courts say it’s bad, come buy our NEW patented roundup plus!”

Correct and incorrect. Depends on how big a jug you buy and the dillution level. I buy it in 5 gallon jugs myself.

That depends on how many ounces you put per gallon, ie; if you want to kill the weeds or just make them really sick.

I have to use 12oz per 8 gallons to kill my weeds. That equals $15 per 24 gallons. So, $45 equals 72 gallons.

Application ratio depends entirely on what you are killing, ambient temperature and RH as well as how much 'set time' the herbicide has to be absorbed into the plants.

How about 210 gallons for around $45? Farm General 41% Glyphosate Weed & Grass Killer 2.5-gallon - Walmart.com

This is the same as what I bought for about the same price at TSC a few years ago. I was stump treating invasives though, so it only made 2.5 gallons.
