Once the Rams left STL I never followed them anymore.

Now I’m a Bucs fan as we spend 4 months in Tampa in the winter.

I have 2 first cousins who lived outside of Pittsburgh all their lives and were hardcore steelers fans.

Funny thing is both retired outside of Tampa in the same developement.

Their neice (my second cousin) is also outside of Tampa. Apparently they were giving out free Jerseys at the game on the 14th?

Out of curiosity, I had to look...A Tom Brady Tampa Bay buc jersey for $120 (who buys these?)

My eagles sweatshirt was given to me as a christmas present years ago (had it on for their superbowl game lol) and I litterally picked up a nice new "NFL" eagles hat on the road driving back home (wasn't going to pass that up), but I don't think I could ever justify spending that kind of money for idolizing a team or player.

To give you an idea of how long the GOAT has been playing: he roomed in college for a stint with all time great Eagles tackle John Runyan at University of Michigan. Runyan played 14 years in the NFL and retired several years ago. Brady now plays against Runyans SON who is now playing in the NFL

Too close to Orlando and The Magic... it's mostly snowbird transplants that support b ball in FL anyway...(unless the Gators are in the tournament)... BTW...if it were not for a guy named pat williams the Magic franchise would have been awarded to Tampa and not Orlando...
BTW...the Rays have the best record in the AL and only trail the Giants in the NL...

Yeah the Rays are legit.
Really can’t believe TB is still playing at this high of a level.….the guy is nothing short of amazing. I think he has comfortably passed Jim Brown as the greatest NFL player of all time.

Dicks Sporting Goods in Tampa had 1000’s of Tom Brady jerseys on sale for $150. They had to have turnstiles like Disney Land and the crowd formed 3 hours before the store opened.

Would I be a be a bad person that if everyone of those people that stood in line for 3 hours for a football Jersey died somehow and I really didn't care?

No different than people standing in line over the holidays IMO to "beat the crowd".

I like watching foodball, but BFD on owning a Jersey to make your life feel better somehow.
