My 165 dies after running it about a hour it DIES

Post #7 , glass bowl is 1/2 full of air. It sounds like the deisel is not getting out of the tank. The glass bowl should be full of diesel, as should the filter on it.

Next time you get close to the hour mark, loosen the fuel cap a bit and see if you make it pass that hour mark.

I did run it couple of hrs after loosen the cap. it was tight and it kept running.
I loosen after 45 min.

It ran after the cap was loosened?

Thinking you need a new cap as the vent in the cap is bad causing the pump to draw a vacuum on the tank.

Did you get a new cap?
When the tractor dies, does the engine just shut off like the stop button was pulled?
Does the engine surge, then then die or just slowly and steadily loose power, then die?

It stops just like if you pulled the stop knob..
I forgot to losen up the gas line to see if gas flowing

I asked a retired MF mechanic about your problem. He suggested a cold AND a hot vaccum test. You may have a cracked fuel line that lets air in after it has warmed up and expanded, opening the crack.
Also my current boss had the same problem you describe and it took a vaccum test to pin point the problem on his tractor as well.
