Kioti CK3510 manual trans
I'm trying to modify an attachment to fit in place of my bucket. The idea is to mount some U-channel, like shown in the photos, to the new attachment, so it will accept the loader arm and cylinder ends. The U-channel is approx. 3"x3"x1/4" thick. All I can find online is U-channel with shorter sidewalls ... i.e. 3" wide but say 1-1/2" sidewalls. Am I calling it the wrong thing, or looking in the wrong places? Or is the only option to but square stock and cut one side off?

I would be tempted to find some 3x3x1/4 angle and use two pieces with the legs going away from the pins. You could even add braces from one leg to another to prevent them from spreading under load. Much easier to find angle in that size than channel.

Find rectangular tubing the wall thickness you want, then cut off one side.

Just build it. 3 pieces of flat and you’re done.

Is this for the Kioti? Considered converting to Quick Attach?

Converting to Quick Attach is the best option.
you can buy it to fit your tractor:

That is undoubtedly a press-formed part, not regular stock, though the suggestion to use rect tube and cut off one face is a creative one. Assuming you cannot bend steel like that, your best bets are to use angle or the rect tube as previously stated or find a shop that can make/bend it for you. This is not a stock shape you are going to find anywhere.

Or a piece of angle and a piece of flat stock

Maybe 2 pieces of 1-1/2 x 3 x 1/4 angle butted next to each other?
