Yogi05 why not take it to a welding shop for repair?
Didn't know I could (new to all this), but that blade is pretty worn and likely decades old anyway.

What length are they? Try this guy, bought them here before..

You can talk to Jerry, he will tell you exactly how to measure.

Too late. As I was posting yesterday I was checking out shipping costs from Princess Auto (Canada's version of Harbor Freight) from a store about 3 hrs from me when I saw the stock change on the same store local to me. Suddenly they had 4 packs of 5 blades.
In the end I put one aside a picked it up on the way to work last night.
5 blades $250 + tax= $282
Pricey at $56 each but not many options. And that seems to be what they charge for them here. Many other companies I checker were more (but probably better quality?)
I'm guessing shipping and currency exchange to get them here from the site you suggested wouldn't be much cheaper if at all. I'm looking at that website now.
Ok, they're much cheaper but I didn't calculate exchange and shipping.
Doesn't matter now.
BTW I measured it at 144"
I had asked here about the proper width measurement, but that doesn't matter now either.
My blade was 1 1/2" from base to tooth tip but the replacements I ended up with are 1 1/4". We'll see what happens.
4 Pkgs at 8am when I called them. 2 pkgs at 7pm when I bought them. 1 now.
Can't imagine why they sold so fast other than they appear hard to get here.

If anyone is interested......
Fun Fact:
I found out the old antique mill was on the property when the current landowner's father bought the land about 8 yrs ago.
I know his father used it a few times then abandoned it.
I'm thinking of offering a couple hundred bucks for it so I don't feel so bad about what money I've spent getting it working so far.
Pretty sure I can easily fix any left over issues fairly cheaply and upgrade some things if it were mine to spend on.

I was wondering how long it would take for this to happen. You've put a lot of time and at least a few dollars turning somebody else's rusty mill into something usable. Hopefully he will treat you accordingly. 👍

I cut them tall sometimes and then cut chairs into them, everywhere I've lived you can find my chairs in the woods.
Especially up in Colorado where you just want to sit back and enjoy the beautiful weather!! :p

Maybe back barring, running a full wrap you aren’t going to get a whole lot lower other then back barring or digging around the stump.

This guy already gave me a free 50hp tractor, loader. snowblower and finish mower. Because he was done with them. It all works great except the mower.
In the name of not abusing his generosity I'll offer some cash but secretly hope he will just give it to me. Does that make me a bad person? :)
He already had a laugh or two at me fixing up that "old junk mill".

If he does give it to you, you need to start thinking real hard about a nice gift to give him.
That is what I personally would consider the difference of what makes someone a good person or a bad person.
I'm wondering if the laugh he had at you fixing the mill was because he thought you were dumb, or because he admired your perseverance?
What kind of impression do you want to leave with him? Does it matter what he thinks after you move on?
These things are what defines what kind of person you are, in my humble opinion.
