I looked them up and the description said they can also be used as an alignment drift.

These things come in all sizes prob very small on up and are most used as the alignment drift you mention. That's mostly all I've ever seen them used for. The pry end is used for whatever need may arise. Pry, dig, flip or whatever.

Looks like it has multiple uses an alignment tool and a pry bar all in one.

I've got one of those that came in a Sears tool set back in the late 70's. Craftsman calls it a Rolling Wedge Bar.
