I find it interesting they are sitting on top of the building they are tearing down. How do you drop to the next floor without going down to the bottom?

I’d say they picked them up with their hands and set them there then they zoomed in so you don’t realize the building is only 2 foot tall. That or it’s a video game. I’m fairly certain it’s not real.

That’s a steel structure specifically designed for that stunt. You can’t just go climbing buildings with excavators.

According to this article High Anxiety: Rooftop Excavators Tear Down from Up Top that's a fairly common way to tear them down in China. A small comment at the end of the article states that they use a bigger crane to get the machine up there.

None the less, Leibherr makes some dandy machines. I suspect they were lifted up there with a heavy lift chopper. Probably the house and then the sticks.
