Hydraulic couplers are too tight to move by hand special pliers/wrench ?

ug it changed back, 12-18" for my area.
tractor full of fuel, started fine (using block heater for 45 min) in -26F weather yesterday. I'm ready.

Yup same for me 120 Gallons diesel on the back of my truck. I should be good ! stay safe
