Very interesting - and most seems to make sense. I wonder - the video is about us citizens for the most part. I am wondering about the impact of the work force with the flow of non-citizens from other countries. I don't think that was considered in the graphs. That may be because the numbers and impacts are not known. Very interesting.

It may be tough times for the oligarchs, but the labor shortage of the Black Death set up the end of aristocracy and the rise of a middle class. A shrinking work force means higher wages and more options for workers who once were considered disposable. It's interesting that low wage jobs that were once considered low value were put in that category by prejudice rather than reality. Let the aristocracy stock their own store shelves and cook their own meals, or pay through the nose for service.

You can't stop the basic laws of economics and human behavior. For years a large portion of our nurses, doctors, scientists and engineers have either been foreign born or first generation. They want to succeed, are the most talented from their respective countries, and are willing to work harder than most people. At least for now, the US remains the land of opportunity. (I'll include Canada, UK and Australia if you've ever been in those countries and seen the number of successful immigrants.)

I thought that was covered very well when he discussed immigration labor forces? Huge drop in numbers during the previous administration. Huge flood of numbers over the past year.
The part about that which alarmed me was that we have became the "Roman Empire" of modern times. We now need immigration labor to sustain ourselves. That is very alarming!!!!
We have gotten fat and lazy as a nation. Hard times coming. We are on the precipice of losing our status as the leading nation on this planet. When our money is no longer the trade base currency, we are screwed.
