New Step for XJ2025H

Had a local shop fabricate a new wider and deeper step so I can bear both feet on the step at the same time.

My health has deteriorated significantly over the past 4 months due to an adverse reaction to my covid vax.

The new step will keep me mobile.

Nice upgrade! I've been contemplating the same modification. I wear a size 11 sneaker and they will not both fit on my step at the same time. I would imagine boot wearers have a worse time of it.

Old and fat are my main problems boarding the tractor.

I am 6'-2", 320 pounds with size 12 boots. The new step works as intended.

This is the step off the right side. The flat area is only about 8 inches.

Looks real nice. I got lazy and bought a step from Messicks so the wife could have one on either side. Did I say that I installed it? Nope. Too lazy... Really just waiting to do it when I do the other maintenance. It still needs a bracket worked up to adapt it to the tractor. How ya like your turf tires? Good in snow / mud?

I love my turf tires. Lots of traction in the snow and without chains.

Best to you on your health. Hopefully a temp set back. Asked a customer of mine how the misses was doing. She got a reaction from her flu shot. It was a long road, but upward anyways.
