2011 New Holland Boomer 30
Howdy,
I've been trying to find a backhoe and loader for the past month that will fit my tractor. I live in Central California. Any suggestions on where to look? I'm beginning to wonder if this will be a continuous challenge with this tractor? I was hoping to spend about $10,000 for both.

Thanks!

Did you call a NH dealer? They might be able to point you in the right direction, or maybe even order one for you. If you do find an aftermarket one, make sure it has a subframe mount, not just 3 point attachment.

The quickest way to beak your tractor in half is over working a 3 point BH. Not saying they don't work, but you would be risking damage. There are considerable forces at work, putting stress on the tractor components.

The BH's for SCUTs and CUT tractors are designed to fit the specific tractor, not universal fit. This really limits the availability of the BH's, and limits the seller to a very small buyer market .

There have been quite a few people that have made their own subframes and adapted a 3 pt BH to work. Do you have rear remotes that you can use? Plumbing in another hydraulic circuit to run the BH might prove to be a second difficult hurdle to overcome....

I have known a couple of people that have purchased a 3 point BH from this company and are happy with them. They did make the subframes for their tractors though....

Good luck with your search!

Thank you for your input. The NH dealer's price is pretty high and I have heard their products are not as good as a lot of after markets.
I'm looking for a bolt on without welding etc. I do not have rear remotes so I will need the whole package.
I will continue to look into the back hoe challenge.

Thanks again!

If you value your time. You're probably better off selling it and buying another tractor that already has them.

Have you tried looking at the aftermarket. I believe Woods makes some subframe backhoes and there are other companies out there that make front end loaders. Might be worth checking into.

I cannot remember what year NH switched over to having LS make the Boomer series but your machine may be one. It will be a challenge to retrofit both. I would be inclined to buy a tractor with factory loader and BH. Your $10,000 and your tractor as a trade-in or private sale will get you a nice used machine already set up and pretty close in price for a new machine, looking at TractorHouse pricing for LS tractors < 40HP.
