Skid steer quick attach widths

Trying to figure out something about skid steer quick attach mounting plates. There are two sets of holes in the bottom of the bucket side attach plate. Why is this? I have a kubota bucket that only has the outer set of holes. I am in the process of trying to make a skid steer adapter plate for the tractor side of my mahindra 3016. I think the factory adapter uses the inner set of holes not the outer set like the bucket I am trying to adapt to has. The plates I bought with my loader have the lever pivot right in the middle of where the mounting ears are for my loader. This makes it a pain in the ass to make as compact as possible. So why doesn't my kubota skid steer bucket not have the inner set of holes at the bottom? Are they trying to keep smaller tractors from mounting a bucket over 60" wide or what by not having the inner set of holes? I guess I can add a plate to the bottom of the bucket with the inner set of holes. So if use the inner set of holes, will that bite me in the butt with the next so called universal mount that is not universal. Why is this Kubota bucket a bastard?
Because bobcat uses inner set of holes. Kubota is not bobcat, but used the system. Kubota makes skid steers now. Doesn't make anybody a bar stad at all. Patents and laws.

Ok, looks like I am going to go with the standard 45" wide configuration and I will only gain an inch of thickness. I will have to start from zero to narrow it down.

I know your exact problem you are having as my loader has 29” between bucket ear mounts, and 37” to the outsides of the bucket ear mounts. I’m thinking about using the smaller inner hole on the qa and just adding a few inches to the top piece of the latch handles (angle iron) to fill out the 45”. I’m not sure what the correct or best way is to go about this whole situation but that’s what my plan is currently. I’ve seen a lot of loader side quick attach that have the extra few inches wide added to fill the 45” ssqa plate

There are several companies that make Quick Attach to fit compact and sub compact tractors, Here is one that supports TBN: https://www.everythingattachments.c...k-Attach-p/ati-hitch-tachall-quick-attach.htm

I tried reaching out to ask tractor mike. I asked if they had a cross reference for, or a quick attach that would fit my older off brand tractor and just got pointed to the diy qa kit, the problem the original poster and myself are having is that our loader arms are spaced differently than what is available from ati and other companies. In my case I’m just going to copy the design of the picture you posted but since my loader arms are closer to center I will just have the top angle iron triangle piece that picks up the bucket run longer another few inches on each side.

Thanks for the link. I will give them a call. I just did some looking around on their site. They seem to make all sorts of different adaptors. I keep going back and forth on how much I really need/would use the quick attach. Ultimately I just want to be able to switch between my bucket and a set of forks instead of using my current clamp on bucket forks. I do realize how the ssqa is a game changer and easily doubles the utility of a machine as I use a cat wheel loader everyday with one. Depending on what Washburn says I guess worse case i could make my own as I have a welder. If I also had a plasma cutter I would have already done it but can’t seem to find any used ones at the moment and new are just too much $$$
