I used to do a lot with the original owners, but their kids took the business over and had some growing pains. Somewhere I have handwritten credits from two different years for orders placed, paid for, and not received. It was only a few dollars each time so not worth getting excited. That was a long time ago though, and they seem to be doing well.

I remember when the kids took over and you are correct there was a couple of years there were some issues. I haven’t bought from them for a few years though.
