I'll be interested in what you find out. I have ones that look just like that and could not find a 3rd party supplier. JD would not sell just the boot, they would only sell the entire tie rod assembly. I also found it impossible to loosen the lock nut so I got a piece of bicycle inner tube and wrapped the joint with that and used zip ties to hold it in place.
I replaced them on my 5210 back in 2015. Part numbers for my 5210 are TCU30232 John Deere Boot inner tie-rod and TCU30233 John Deere Boot outer tie-rod. Cost back then was $44 for the four boots. Along with purchasing a pickle fork.
I was able to get the outer tie-rod off using a pickle fork, it did take a number of good hits to come loose. On one side disconnecting the outer tie-rod, from the inter tie-rod took penetrating oil and a LOT of muscle as water had got down inside and it was rusted. I took it slow as I did not want to break anything.
Putting back together was simply, but sure glad I had an impact wrench as the ball joint on the outer tie-rod kept spinning as I was tightening it down. Would have been all week with just a socket wrench.
As would be expected I also had to insure the toe in/out was correct.
I have attached a 5210 John Deere parts list. Hopefully this will help you find the one for your tractor.
