Silo Gazebo - Smoke Problem

I do like the looks of those binzeebos. Pretty cool if you can get your hands on a cheap/free grain bin.
This one has been on my farm since the late 60s. My Brother left it 1/3 full of wet corn...

approx 24" openning on the top is wide open. No lid.

Bummer. I have no suggestion. The smoke temp would have to drop below the outside air temp and block the roof opening. Then stay at a colder than atmosphere temp until the sloped roof filled with smoke and caused it to escape at the edges of the bin. I am clueless how that could happen.

Let us know the solution for this problem.

I'm throwing in with the theory that the smoke doesn't rise due to it being too cool. In which case, a fan won't suffer any heat damage.
i like the idea of measuring the actual temp up there. Then you'll know....

Sometimes I'll talk myself out of "laws of nature". In this case, there's only one reason, smoke is too cool. Really surprising and I'd like to see it. But it's true.
