Most likely it isn't the pump. Make sure that you have fuel delivery at the pump. There should be a gush of fuel if you disconnect the line that supplies the pump at the last element before it connects to the pump. Some pumps have inlet screens and they can clogg. The pump can't pressurize the injectors if it's not getting fuel delivery.There's a lot of places to trap crap and corruption between the tank and the pump. At the tank outlet, pinched fuel lines, clogged filter head, clogged fuel filter (when did you last change it?), bad lift pump ( if you have one), etc

Jerry is correct.. Start at the tank outlet and pull the line off.. it should gush fuel.. let it run into a bucket for a few seconds..10 should do it..
If the flow hasn’t changed.. put the line back on and keep going down the line., until u get to the injection pump..
There’s a bleed screw at the opposite end of the inlet..8 or 10mm head.. crack it loose until u get fuel there and close it..
Now loosen the steel lines from the pump AT THE INJECTORS.. now crank the engine until fuel squirts out and tighten..
Push the throttle to wide open, activate the glow plugs for 10-20-30 seconds and try to start it..
Don’t forget to put oil in it..
