Those are replaceable teeth. The mount is almost always welded onto the bucket. Welds can usually be ground off and the mounts replaced by welding new ones on. I personally would not go with those teeth since we have a lot of rocks here. If your soil is mostly rock free then you might be ok. I would likely break those tips pretty quickly.

It's pretty easy to make a tooth bar using teeth like those instead of welding them directly to the bucket. I used an after market bucket edge to weld the teeth to.
