Hey all i just want to ask the crowd here where all the grease fittings are on the chassis? I just did my 50hr service and this is what i found … am i missing any?

I’ll go from front to back

1. On the front of the tractor there is a fitting on each tie rod end
2. Also on the front are 2 fittings for the front axle support
3. In the middle of the tractor i found 3 fittings which all seem to line up going from left to right
4. I found one fitting near my drivers side tire - inside the fender
5. The only other fitting i saw was next to the 4wd lever but i can’t even get to that

i have a backhoe on so no 3pt arms attached.

am i missing any? I looked pretty hard

if i count i greased 8 fittings on the chassis

I've found those 9 on my 4820R. I have my rear tires set at the widest spacing, which makes getting to the fittings inside the wheel wells easier.

You have one for each wheel? I only found one.

also yea i realized the 3620h has different rims than yours and the old 3520. My rims are not reversible like that which is kind of a bummer

There's a zerk inside the left wheel well near the 3 point positioner. I'll have to look and see if I missed one by the 4wd lever.

Ok yea i think i got that one my coupler just made it. It was near the middle of the tractor but between the wheel and frame.

the 4wd lever one is best visible when looking through the floorboard by the 4wd lever. The opening is too narrow to get a coupler through there.

I found the zerk on the 4wd lever today. I've completely missed it before. I was able to reach it from the bottom. Mine has a 45 zerk turned at an odd angle. I'll be doing my 300 hour service soon and I think I'll replace it with a 90 zerk pointing down. That's 10 on the tractor plus 16 on the loader plus 22 or 24 on the hoe plus 1 on the right 3 point lift. Of course, as I was greasing everything today, I ran out of grease with a couple of zerks to go.

I’ll try harder to get to it. Sounds like u might have one more zerk than me on chassis but you have an R and i have an H so that would make
Sense

Thanks for this post it took me some time but I finally found them all. For anyone reading later trying to get to the one near the 4WD selector. To find it follow the 4WD lever back through the sheet metal to where it pivots. There is a 45 Zerk there. To grease it, raise the pto lever up and pull the boot off the base of the gear selector. Your hand should fit in and you should be able to reach the zerk easily.

Did you happen to find the zerk on the left by the 3 point lever? I couldn’t find that. If you have a picture I would really appreciate it.
