My Quick-Attach won't Detach... Dangit!

Mine ATI and OEM Kubota, have grease fittings on the circular weldment the lock pins are in and on the pivot handles. Never had an issue, I keep them greased. I second a cheater pope if stuck. Better than hammering on the handles.
"Cheater pope", now that's a good one, force AND prayer :)

The style that Mossflowerwoods has and which I have using a lever to operate both pins at the same time
will break if you put a cheater pipe of much size on it.

Then keep it lubricated. Issue solved.
Not really it see's too much grit and dirt and dust.
And You don't have enough leverage after working it hard.
I just reached for the lever on mine and it didn't want to budge,
when I get back to dropping the forks off and putting the bucket on I'll give the
pins a good rap with a big hammer and they will work fine.
Lifting almost a ton and carrying it up a rough roadway the pins work there way in tight.

Penetrating oil and WD-40 are good for breaking stuff free but are poor lubricants in use. For pivots and such I find roller chain lube a good solution. The stuff sprays on with solvents penetrating the pivots then the solvent evaporates leaving oil behind...

If you let the pins go dry they’re impossible to move. I’ve never had any problems once I realized grease isn’t optional.

Hitting the pins from the bottom will work.

Or, put a load on the forks and they'll release easily.

Grease the pins. Happens to me all the time. So often that I've considered piecing together a video about welding repairs to my QA.

Grease grit dirt and dust on open exposed surfaces, no I don't think so.
If they were in enclosed sleeves, yes.
I've tried some of the various dry lubes without to much benefit.
