3016 HST Air Pressure in Trans

Greetings Everyone!
I have a 2012 3016 HST (1023 hrs) that's served me trouble-free since purchased. Testerday, the HST whine sounded different. Shut her down and pulled the dipstick. It sounded like I'd removed the core from a tire valve stem. Fluid level was spot on (last service at 976 hrs). Fired it back up, and air pressure is coming out of dipstick hole. Shut it back down and startedlooking for a breather, figured a mud dauber plugged something up. I couldn't find anything that looked like a breather on the tractor or the parts diagrams.
Trying to figure out what to do next. Also, if it's blowing air out, where's the air coming from?
All thoughts/suggestions appreciated.

the service manager at my dealer mentioned that he was seeing a lot of issues with the transmission vent. it is a plastic tube behind/under the seat that just has a J bend in it and open on the end. He said that a lot of tractors in our dusty environment were clogging up that vent and causing the issue that you are describing.

Thank you! I'll check that area again, I'll pull the seat assembly to get a better veiw. Will post a follow-up on what I find.
